We have a total of £80,000 available to support ideas from local people and local groups and charities and we need you to tell us how this money should be spent!
The process we use, participatory budgeting, is all about making sure the people who live in our community can decide how funding is used to address priorities, challenges and needs.
This year, for the very first time, we've been able to ring fence £60,000 to fund ideas from the people who live here in the Gorbals, the people that know the area best!
With funding from Glasgow Health and Social Care Partnership we've also been able to offer £20,000 to local groups and charities to help them develop things they'd like to deliver too.
There are 35 ideas looking for your support across two categories; services, groups and activities and places and spaces and engaging with the ideas couldn't be simpler. Just head to our Your Priorities site, log in or sign up as a New User and have a browse at the great ideas people just like you have been posting!
If you like the sound of an idea, click the heart button to show it your support. If you want to share your thoughts on the idea you can post a point for, or ask a question.
Voting will close on Sunday 10 April at midnight. When all the votes are in we'll invite the top 12 most popular ideas to work with us and further develop their idea, to look at things like costs, location and who needs to be involved. We hope there will be lots of opportunities for you, as a voter, to get involved in these conversations too, because lots of heads are better than one!
Your Priorities is a public website, it is open to everyone in the Gorbals, from 8 year olds to 98 year olds, so we ask that everyone engages and comments with kindness!
What are you waiting for? Head to Your Priorities and have your say!
