The Gorbals Ideas Fund was established in April 2018. Led by a group of local volunteers,  our vision is to empower local people to impact the funding and budget decisions that affect their lives and our community.

In the 4 years since we've started 2688 community members have voted to fund 80 ideas and activities and helped us distribute £187,216.69.

We recently completed our most ambitious Participatory Budgeting process yet, where we focused on ideas only from local people, who live in our community. You can find out more about the process and our next steps here.
