Gorbals Grows is a new community growing project that aims to transform unused and vacant spaces across our community.

 

Combining the ideas of two local women, Lisa Gillen and Jackie Stockdale and supported by £10,000 of Gorbals Ideas Fund money awarded by the community in 2022 the project will create spaces that promote relaxation in the outdoors and, of course, planting and growing herbs, food and flowers.

This project is for everyone, whether you are an experienced green fingered human or someone who just wants to learn more about creating and using green spaces we'd love to hear your thoughts.
